The entry fees collected for tournaments are strictly categorized as "Hosting & Management Fees". These fees are used to compensate our organizers for their effort, server maintenance, streaming (if applicable), and administrative management.

Any monetary rewards, prize pools, or payouts distributed to the winning teams are given purely as "Motivational Gifts" to inspire competitive excellence and support the local e-sports community. By participating, you acknowledge that all match outcomes are based entirely on player skill, teamwork, and practice, not chance.
